About the Project
University Village Thousand Oaks Health Center is situated adjacent to the University Village campus. It is comprised of a one-story, 33,000 SF skilled nursing facility and a two-story, 42,710 SF assisted-living facility. The 48-bed, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility offers private and semi-private rooms. It includes a private dining room and offers specialized nursing, care of IV therapy, wound care and pain management and rehabilitative services. The center also offers restaurant-style dining and strives to make residents feel at home with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
