About the Project
The City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center is part of the region’s only comprehensive medical campus that exclusively focuses on treating and curing cancer. °®Éñ´«Ã½ and ZGF Architects converted an existing 191,000 SF, four-story commercial office building into an outpatient cancer clinic equipped to provide a highly flexible, adaptable patient- and family-centric environment that promotes healing through biophilic design. The primary services of this center are subspecialty cancer exams and treatment, a research center and ambulatory surgery.
°®Éñ´«Ã½ also built the three-story, 346,000 SF associated parking structure and the 174,000 SF hospital.
